Its my first try with albarino. We get lots of acid, lots of fruit, and a little mineral. It still in the tank, so early days, but I'm excited for the finished wine.

@WineOnTheDime @JAndrewFlorezII #PinkSociety Thank you. If you use a little restraint, dont pick to ripe, use only a hint of oak, and a little whole cluster, you can taste where the wines are from. That's why Pinot is so cool!

I love the restraint in this wine. It shows that you have a strong balance between the fruit and the process. #PinkSociety
