@Intuit Your tax preparer service is horrendous. Tax preparer was incompetent. Made multiple errors on my federal return, which I could only see *after* paying you $590. Brought to her attention; she did not fix in time for filing deadline, so I had to file an extension myself!

@TeamTurboTax Your tax preparer service has utterly failed me, and I want a full refund of the $590 I paid Turbotax for a return that was never filed because of the glaring errors I identified, and which the taxpreparer did not fix. Managers not responding.

Now the case has been raised to a manager who won't return my messages. I've tried submitting a refund request; there's no record of my order in your system, but you've taken my money! This process has been a travesty from the start, and I just want to start over w/a professional
