Yes, I also like to refer to this trait as "industrious".
Some people are just born with this and can make something out of literally nothing. Give them one chance and they impact challenges head on. Solving problems one after the other, figuring things out relentlessly. These people inspire entire teams, companies, and industries.

Some of our best hires were totally unqualified on paper. They always had the same qualities: entrepreneurial, high agency, smart, mission aligned, and they got shit done. If you’re hiring, especially in early stages, seek out & bet on these people. Don’t over-index on resumes.

Last year @zjbrenner posted a simple tweet that went unexpectedly viral.
He asked if anyone in NYC wanted to grab dinner at a @blackbird restaurant.
