They didn't relocate, Poland is still their companies HQ and hosted on WSE. CDPR wants to focus on game dev, they sold it off to the founder of CDPR. R-Engine tech was merged with UE5 via 15 year contract with Epic, so no its not abandoned, CDPR & Epic get best of both worlds.

When the Witcher 3 was released I was 12/13 years old so my parents would not allow me to play.
