If you want to make a living one day streaming here is the blueprint. 1) Start young. If you aren't obsessed with the types of content you would want to make from age 13 in this day and age you are probably fighting an uphill battle. 2) Find your passion and share it with the people you grow up with. For example I used to host lan parties and halo tournaments in my high-school. Submerge yourself in the world and be excited to show others. Promote yourself and your energy. 3) If you have no bankroll to invest in yourself, save money. You need the kind of money to take an honest shot at your content. Otherwise youll half ass both your work and your streaming. Youll fail at both. Give yourself at least an honest year to leave nothing behind. 4) Dont be a persona/character or you can expect to burn out quickly. You can be real forever, being an act will drain your soul and you will never be able to be honest with your fans. 5) Dream big, but treat your dream like your job. As in, show up everyday rested and having maintaining your physical fitness. 6) If fam/friends dont respect your passion and shit on it create distance. Usually they would never chase a dream and if they never have ignore them. 7) Collaborate. Do not destroy. Fighting/controversy only creates short term viewership. That energy you put into the world will come back sometimes way worse than you can imagine. 8) Lastly, own yourself. I called myself a LoL coach when I had only 5$ coaching lessons. People laughed and then one day my average private lessons were 350$. There are different paths for everyone but mine never felt too risky or without a backup plan. I could have always pivoted back to my degree or my military career if my attempts failed. Sorry for the long post. Have the paid twitter and figured I might as well use it for something. Fun fact: True Crime 3, the "cancelled" sequel to this game was originally supposed to be a direct NY sequel.
