This “P&G commercial has drawn tremendous backlash from many who call it “race-baiting.” Their intense reactions, illustrate, when we don’t share another's pain we tend to diminish& then dismiss their experiences. #antiBlackracism is real & so are the concerns of Black parents.

If you don't have a SKILLED equity specialist seated with leadership (as a direct report to the CEO) along with the involvement of the board and middle management—who are willing to be led by community—don’t waste your time. Even with the above, the work is near impossible. p.4/4
