On March 16, CKB Community Fund DAO V1.1 was officially launched, marking a major step toward more transparent on-chain governance, better coordination, and more structured funding for community initiatives. What makes this even more interesting is that the launch did not happen in a “everyone applauds and moves on” format. Right after DAO 1.1 went live, the community started a serious discussion around voting mechanics and whitelist design, which is actually a strong signal of maturity.
