Thank you for confirming for me that the interwebs are filled with a bunch of insanely literal tw@ts with absolutely no sense of humor. And since you feel the need to run around educating people on the law, I'd like to know what your bar # is and your state of licensing. Because, if you're going to mirthlessly lecture the rest of us, I'd like to think you have your facts straight. See, where I live, firing an improper warning shot is likely to be treated as aggravated assault, not attempted murder. Specifically because attempted murder requires mens rea - meaning you actually have to intend to murder. Warning shots, definitionally, fail to meet that standard. So, I guess what I'm really saying is: fuck right the fuck off.
