I was privy to the evidence as a legal advisor to my family members. Read the judge's entire ruling. He gave her every chance to play by the rules and stop destroying evidence.

How do you know that? If Fletcher has these messages, he can provide them at the trial. Otherwise, you are speculating and likely fabricating about what was in those messages. The judge definitely looks like a corrupt partisan shill for dismissing the trial, while Nathan will get a defamation trial despite decades of infidelity and abusing his authority.

Today a judge dismissed the case against Nathan Fletcher, not because of the allegations of s*xual harassment, but because of an alleged technicality. This case will be appealed. Please read Grecia Figueroa’s heartfelt words to the judge.

She also destroyed text messages that, based on ones already disclosed, would further show the consensual nature of the relationship. Plus she and her attorneys repeatedly lied to the judge. It'll come out in the defamation suit.

The judge dismissed the case claiming she didn’t provide an incriminating audio message. If it existed, Fletcher should provide it to prove his innocence. Instead, the judge makes it her burden. The judge is a bum protecting the criminal. If her case is weak then Fletcher can be exonerated by a jury, but for the judge to dismiss the case without a hearing is overreach. San Diego County Superior Court is corrupt and dirty as the Tijuana River.

Incredible exchange between Encinitas Mayor Bruce Ehlers and councilman Luke Shaffer. In reference to **checks notes** a housing development @luke4encinitas says “at some point there has to be people willing to pickup a rifle” in order to stop it. Shaffer also makes a reference to a dictator. Says we’re being attacked, and multiple references to “my land.” Author’s note, this is privately owned land and Shaffer appears to be unironically dictating what the owners may do with it, under threat of violence. Not surprisingly, @Bruce4Encinitas is the voice of experienced reason, despite his general anti development stance. Author’s note, the appeal to this housing development was ultimately denied and the project will move forward, for now. It’s also clear Shaffer’s (and Jim O’Hara’s) hardline stance will most likely and ironically result in much more housing for Encinitas. Stick to your guns, fellas! 😅🔫

Okay, update: here's what happened. The project was approved, but with all the terrible COAs, including the advisory recommendation that the council revert to a smaller project. It will certainly be appealed to council, so we'll be back at this next month, if not sooner.
