Today I reflect on a woman who gave me the greatest gift: because of my grandmother, it never once occurred to me that I couldn’t do something, anything, because I was a woman. I will continue to pay that gift forward, in the name of Gramma [Jean Paré]. Cheers to the ladies!

@Starkwritten I have never run with music, and my miles on the road mark the only time my phone is not on my person. It’s the only truly quiet and peaceful time I have, when I can filter through the junk in my brain, check in with my head, my body, and my emotions. Necessary!

@kelownagurl For the record, I am vaccinated, though it pains me to feel as though I have to state that fact for people to listen to my thoughts on anything C-related. And it's not just anti-vs who aren't getting tested: with the shortage of tests most are being advised not to be tested.

@kelownagurl We're now finding out that none of our medical authorities have ever believed in the accuracy of testing. And yet the efforts have never been directed at testing despite repeated cries for that.
