@CPTFitTri @IRONMANtri Thank you! If I had disc brakes yes for sure, my TT bike is still rim brakes and as its the S5 the road bike is so fast. I think for me best set up would be the roadie with TT bars but I didn't have the ££ to get them!

Insane. 13th in the @IRONMANtri World Champs. Made it hard for myself and had to bank that sub 3 marathon but so bloody proud. Hardest race I’ve ever done. What a course, what a World Champs. Such a privilege to be racing. Never ever give up. #bikeforshowrunfordough #IMWC

I’m a hotel in Exeter. The burger I’ve ordered is 2643 calories ! The bun is soaked in honey ! I mean it’s nice but unnecessary. Should have had the steak or pasta 🫣

@theryandreyer Will be way easier to trim a big chunk of time off that bike than 33 mins off the run. Florida is a sub 5 course all day long

My Ironman Florida splits 11:00:31 total time I see my current path to 10 hours as… Run: 33+ mins faster Bike: 20+ mins faster Swim: 10+ mins faster
