You know how you help Jayden? Get him a defense that doesn't require him to be superman all season to be competitive. Plenty of WR left in the draft and FA. More will get cut after the draft. Wouldn't be mad to see a Corner or Safety at 71. Y'all gonna hate this, but Center would be huge too. #Commanders

#Commanders never seem to get THE GUY. Always a guy right beside or right after that they SWEAR is going to make more sense. JD5/RG3 picks were no brainers. I’m sick of leaving every draft like we got him … but could’ve had HIM.

@SimoneBett Coaching, and talent evaluators are WILDLY different. Fine to be skeptical, but if we’re playing that game, on the last 25 years our 1st riund WR’s have been Rod Gardner, Josh Doctson, & Jahan Dotson so why would that history be any more encouraging?

I am not worried about Washington going LB at 7 (instead of WR) because they won't be competitive at all with a defense as bad as it has been over the past few years.
WR was the sexy pick, defense was the adult pick.

Reality is, Washington can’t lose with whoever is sitting there at 7 there’s real talent on the board. They should stay put; more picks don’t automatically mean better results. Washington had plenty of picks in the Jayden draft—what has that turned into? JAGs, and I’m not talking about Jacksonville.
