If that was the case everyone would be turning into Joker. Still jump through on the mental hoops u want to make it make sense

@CableFF7 @GothamPaladin Batman became fearful that he’s going to become the joker which is why fear toxin affected him the way it did. Titan is a psychological compound so it makes sense that you can overpower it mentally. Batman doesn’t want Tim to be killed. Barbara isn’t out in the field.
