Ken’s still in hospital, in the ICU. I’ve talked to Tiff, she sounds worried but hopeful. I’ll post updates on this thread and elsewhere as I hear more.

This seems super obvious in retrospect, but I’ve started trying to pre-chop all my meals on the weekend/beforehand to cut down on cook time. This means a few hours-ish on Friday/Saturday to try and prep everything, to save stressful weeknight time in cooking.
