@TheRAC_UK second day with no car; dealing with the prestige team does not provide a prestige service. The hire team don’t start to 1300 today.. nice! I’ve been waiting since 9:30am yesterday for call backs that never came. @KiaUK perhaps RAC isn’t the best fit!

OMG @virginmedia 🤦🏻♂️ you send me a new hub I didn’t want, threaten me with £40 if I don’t send the old one back then fail to activate the new one when I’m forced to install it. Now I need a technician to unplug/plug in 3 cables. Really?!!

Had a Baxi boiler for 22 years, repaired twice. Now have a @WorcesterBosch and it’s now on repair 3 in 18 months. Same fault 3 times - not fit for purpose

@HarvesterUK George Stevenson… been in here over an hour and still no mains. I ask what the delay is and we get another set of starters. Now they’ve lost our order and had to start again. To be fair the staff have been very helpful and patient but damn! 🤯
