In 50 years of owning Levis I have never known a pair where the pockets disintegrate before they go through at the knees. The fact that the quality generally has fallen is abundantly clear but you are now destroying your brand by cost cutting/profiteering. So sad.

The President of the United States just overthrew a foreign ruler and explained to the American people that this is about taking control of the oil reserves of a foreign nation. He said that the U.S. will “run the country” until a proper transition can take place and went right into how US oil companies will benefit from this takeover. He doesn’t understand the risks and costs involved with these poorly thought-out decisions that don’t make Americans any safer today than they were yesterday. Nicolas Maduro is a brutal, illegitimate dictator who deserves to face justice. I want the people of Venezuela to be free to choose their own future, but if we learned anything from the Iraq war, it’s that dropping bombs or toppling a leader doesn’t guarantee democracy, stability or make Americans safer. More often, it leads to chaos or drags the US into a war and lengthy occupation. I don’t trust that this administration has a plan, timeline, or price tag for what comes next. Over the past year, Trump’s foreign policy has been reckless, chaotic, self-serving, and unconstitutional. Congress should vote this week to reassert its authority on behalf of the American people before he oversteps again.  I also want to recognize the professionalism and skill of the American service members involved in this operation. While I don’t agree with the administration’s justification for this, I’m thankful that no service members were killed or seriously injured.

@SkyBroadbandd how dare you claim to have no record of a cancellation when you record l conversations for training and quality services? You are plainly abusing your power and greedily taking money from customers who you know are unhappy. Shame on you.

@greateranglia Please pass on my comments to management. It makes no sense to deny a person an extra couple of hours. Fine - restrict to non rush hour trains- but a 2pm leave time is really unhelpful. Do you want to encourage me to travel?

@Calderaraaaa If you wish to purchase the London Evening/Night Out ticket, you would be required to travel from 14:00 onwards. Alternative tickets are available (such as the Off Peak return), this type of ticket would allow you to travel before 14:00. 1/2 - Georgie

@greateranglia why aren’t there any London Night out tickets? Are your trains really so full? Do you realise that instead of using your service we just do sometime else. So, zero revenue. Run your less than capacity trains until you’re renationalised.

@greateranglia I wanted to travel late morning and come back after supper time But I found that the only trains I can take leave after 2pm (no idea why this is:makes no sense) and nothing available on 10 or 11 Dec. I was looking yesterday

@greateranglia BTW that’s another really bad thing. I travel from Diss to Liverpool St. But every time I apply for a ticket I have to populate the page from scratch. Anyway, there are no fares for night out on 11th - and I also tried 10th yesterday
