How many #EPeeps pacemap at the rate of VT? Pacing faster creates more "TR fusion", making all pacemaps look more "epicardial". Image below from my Pacemapping video, showing how different the RVP QRS looks between S1 and S2/3 (LBBB -> RBBB pattern!)
