@Ourlads_Sy you had Nussmeier as a round 1 guy last year and he’s about to go undrafted. Has there ever been a bigger fall?

Illinois OT JC Davis was a favorite Day 3 target for the Giants. Those I know who follow the Ni say this guy has the feel of someone who will play a while in the NFL. I think Harbaugh kicks him inside to OC. Maybe OG. Last time Giants went Illinois OL on Day 3 they drafted arguably their best value pick ever in David Diehl.

The more Malachi Fields I watch this AM, the more I come away enamored with the catch point. Natural, fluid, attacks the ball with his hands. This is his best trait. Honestly the best pair of hands the Giants have had at WR in a really, really long time. And for a team that struggled as much as the Giants have with dropped passes not just last year for Dart but for a few years now — this means something. For me, I still think his best fit is the power slot role that Nagy featured Rashee Rice in KC. Would do wonders for the Giants run game to have Fields lined up there and I think it’s actually his best path as a receiver.

@MONTECRI5TO You’re comparing a draft from a year ago with this years crop… buddy you’re brain only thinks in binary outcomes and it shows. Maybe get off the app for 5 seconds and read a book on substitution logic. Also we have assets to get more draft capital next year…

The New York Giants 4th and 5th Round Picks in 2025 were Cam Skattebo and Marcus Mbow. But Day 3 doesn’t matter in the NIL world I guess.
