@Amtrak @That_Dumb_Birdy This is unfortunate, because the bilevel sleepers are excellent. I know there's handicap accessibility issues with the current superliners but surely there must be a way to keep bilevel sleepers for capacity (aka lower prices than their east coast single level cousins).

He tried everything in his powers to steal Mike from El. He was visibly jealous and was burning inside. But what can he do when the guy himself isn't interested him at all? The problem was never El. Even without El, Mike wouldn't have stayed. Will was just Mike's friend.

She knows he would rather die than lose her, so disappearing forever/dying to save his life is kinda selfish on her part.

Kay could come back if she wanted but the Govt threat is what is keeping them apart and El unable to live her life honestly. Freeing Owens & putting him in charge is the goal

@wallace_rhys @bloxdisney Sullivan was definitely trying to kill her. My guess is Kay changed his orders upon reviewing the data from NINA. Bottom line is Sullivan made a huge mistake, El proved she would willingly work with Owens/DoE on whatever, until he shot them all.

The problem with car accident stats is they include pedestrian and cyclist deaths and also accidents on suburban highways, which are irrelevant when comparing driving vs the subway.

Public transportation is a uniquely vulnerable environment.. There's nowhere to run. You are in close quarters with other people. And if you're using it, most likely it's because you have to and are going to work. This makes crimes committed on public transportation different from the same crimes committed elsewhere. Criminal penalties should be tripled for any crime on public transportation. Minimum 10 years in prison.

I have been briefed on an incident that occurred at Grand Central Station this morning. Reports indicate a man slashed three people on the platform with a machete. Officers shot the man when he did not drop the machete. He has since been pronounced dead. I’m grateful to the NYPD for their quick response and for preventing additional violence. The three victims were taken to the hospital and are thankfully in stable condition. The NYPD is conducting an internal investigation and will release body-worn camera footage, as it does in all incidents involving the discharge of an officer's firearm.

@PaulSkallas Stop fear mongering. Public transit is really safe, and incidents are pretty rare. There is a bigger percentage of you getting car crashed and dying than someone doing something fatal in public transit. Inb4 Iryna, for some morons exception is the rule.
