@leonardaisfunE I think the propagandists running his campaign who cooked up this shenanigan know this verse, and did this on purpose. It is critical to realize the modern state is nothing more than an organized crime syndicate. It has no morality. At all.

@Jerry196164 @LowkeyEnergy_ Juries love people in wheelchairs though. You can easily end up on the street for defending yourself from a legit threat. Gotta mag dump. That's why the cops do it.

@elementgermani3 Close, but not quite right. You cannot gain wisdom without power. It would be too incomplete. The process is like breath. In comes the power, it is processed and wisdom is its output, then the next power, and so on. Problem is, our power is multiplying beyond our breath.

@Capstah Power without wisdom is self-destructive, but wisdom without power is helpless. To move forward, we need both the knowledge of what to do and the power to do it.

How often do you think this happens? If it happens even once per year in your county, how can you support the police and drug laws? Can you imagine your own kid's future being totally ruined by filthy animals such as that guy? That's wood chipper type stuff, right there.

@elementgermani3 You could. The thought occurred to me. Here we are, on the precipice of self-extinction and we're arguing for more power and less wisdom.

@Capstah Tbh, you could even argue this is part of evolution. In nature, animals take every reproductive advantage they can get. The fact that it’s made of metal doesn’t change that it’s still another human being born, that’s an advantage from an evolutionary perspective.

Huh. My Starlink Internet is routing through Ft. Gordon, in Georgia, looks like. Must be my classically American political views that put me on that list. Land of the Free, Home of the Brave! Getting Stalinesque 'round here!

@elementgermani3 You're re framing it that way. It sounds good, but it ignores, discounts, and disrespects millions of years of evolution, or intelligent design, however you want to view it. May be a prime example of the Arrogance of the Now.

@Capstah We don’t choose the obstacles in our path, we choose how we overcome them. I’m not going to claim nature is wholly unimportant, but I’m also not going to let it make decisions for me. My life is mine to choose. That human spirit is what’s most important to me

@Capstah @JakeCan72 @grok Oh wow that's a lot of replies. You seem overly emotional about this. It's ok dude, take a breath, I would think you'd be more comfortable being wrong with the silly views you have. Don't let this become one of your "factors" 🙄

Ted Nugent calls Dirty Harry the greatest philosopher of all time. His point: “You will go shopping today with a violent criminal.” California parole whistleblowers just proved it. Agents were ordered to monitor violent parolees by GPS only. No digging. No enforcement. Just watch the dot move.

You ever sit and just watch the trees move and the blades of grass sway in the gentle breeze as a bird sings on a branch, taking in the wonder of God's creation... And then you notice a chemtrail and ask yourself why the HELL we let p*dophilic satanists steal 40% of our money to poison us and blow up the world?

@elementgermani3 I appreciate that. I have a deep, spiritual respect for nature and the 'map' as it might be called. That accompanies the misc. evolved systems that allow us, and the other life, to exist in it. Due to that, the cartoon villainy, to me, is needing robots so we can procreate.

@Capstah To be clear, if this helps, I didn’t mean “you’re cartoonishly evil,” I meant “from my perspective, you’ve made a mistake somewhere that arrives at the same result as someone who is in this case.” Wasn’t meant to be a personal attack, more just the conclusion itself

@elementgermani3 Was kind of poking towards that, earlier. Works for me. Gotta really work on suspending bias and trying to give the most charitable interpretation possible. That goes for all. I do love a good banter, from time to time!

@Capstah I think we’ve got a serious gap in communication here because it feels like you’re reading these in a totally different tone from what I’m intending. I don’t really know how to fix that right now so if you wanna call the discussion we can

@Capstah My concern more than anything else right now, honestly, is the idea of “humans have outlived their usefulness.” That’s cartoon villain talk. Humans aren’t tools, we’re not means to an end. “Usefulness” is a category error

@elementgermani3 You are arguing for the point of arguing, at this point, methinks. That said, I would indeed argue that if it comes to the point where humans need robots to inseminate an egg using robots as the default means, humans have outlived their usefulness and would rep disequilibrium.

@Capstah But the generalization fails here because the target is different. In those systems, the only “goal” is any stable equilibrium, whereas here the goal is human flourishing. A stable equilibrium where humans don’t flourish isn’t a desirable outcome.

@elementgermani3 Let me make the point associativity (generalist). What happens when a virus is too lethal? What happens when a predator species is too effective? What happens when a browsing species over populates? They die enough to reduce their population to a balance point. Same mechanism

@Capstah What could be more foundational to my life than whether or not I exist? Seems like the main prerequisite there. Why gamble that things will just happen to work themselves out when you can grab hold of the future with your own hands?
