@Thanx4AllDaFish You are right Robo is more valuable. I never said 1 for 1. Sens would need to add something. But Brady > Marvhenko and it’s not close. Dallas does not need the speed. Dallas needs the physicality Brady would bring. Playoff physicality. Also doubt Columbus would move him.

@CaptRyanElls Brady Tkachuk < Jason Robertson and will likely cost as much... He's also not as good defensively as Robertson. He has less goals than Marchenko and Marchenko has something this team could use, and that's the ability to flat out fly on the ice. Him next to Roope would be sweet

If Dallas does decide to trade Jason Robertson in the offseason, I hope they look at Columbus... Something like Robertson, Lyubushkin, Hemming for Marchenko and Marchment... Puts Dallas with another RFA after 26-27 and sees if Marchment rekindles his Dallas chemistry.

@Thanx4AllDaFish I disagree. Robo will still bring back a premium. Teams will come calling as they will get a signed Robertson. That’s a premium. It will be more than that and it’s pointless to add mush as they can just sign him. Also Brady Tkachuk may be available.

He’s going to be 32, he’s having a career year, and he’s likely to get something like 5 years/$30m. Awesome story this season. Huge part of their success. But do you really want to roll the dice on that level of play continuing indefinitely?
