On February 24 I messaged @Keurig about a $200 machine I bought that stopped working after less than a year. Not immediatelybut shortly after they asked for my # and said they would call. It is now March 13. Still nothing from @Keurig Not a word. Awesome customer service @Keurig

So @Keurig dm’d me and asked for my number on Tuesday. I gave it to them on Thursday. As of Monday they haven’t called me. They took the $200 for the coffeemaker that didn’t last a year pretty quick. So far @Keurig is bad at customer service. YOU said you would call @Keurig DO IT

So, our @Keurig broke after one year. It actually started breaking just before a year. But we did a descaling and thought it was fixed. Nope. We called @Keurig and they offered us a 25% coupon. That’s it. The thing cost $200 and only lasted a year. Maybe I’ll go buy a @Nespresso
