Well that did not take as long as usual for anything to do with Jessica Yaniv to start appearing in languages other than English. Most can be translated using Translate and unsurprisingly they all basically have the same critical and damning content about @jessxsimps usually much worse than anything like using the “wrong” pronoun that @BillboardChris or @MarcScottEmery posted and were then targeted He always wanted to be a global Internet personality, an influencer. Yaniv appears to now be spending his remaining time in his foreclosed on condo having his AI create grievance screeds to file hoping one will be accepted for further action. But as of right now, the BCHRT has accepted none of them to act on. He has filed many in the past, none as publicly as yours or @MarcScottEmery. Very few have gotten to the hearing stage. (Remember that the BCHRT stopped him at 16 when he was harassing the aestheticians in 2018 - 19 looking for go away money) You and Marc are famous with large followings. He is attention whoring and abusing the process with these tribunal complaints. Expect more.

🚨 BREAKING: Jessica Yaniv Simpson has filed a complaint against me with the BC Human Rights Tribunal. He says I violated his human rights by calling him a man, and by denying the existence of transgender identities. This violent man previously threatened to shoot and kill me, and pleaded guilty to uttering threats. I also had a restraining order against him for a couple of years. Jessica rose to fame several years ago when he contacted close to 20 female estheticians and demanded they wax his intact male genitalia. Most of these women were of Indian descent, and several worked from home with small children. Their businesses served women, not malicious men pretending to be women. When they declined his abhorrent request, he played victim and said he was discriminated against on the basis of his gender identity. Mr. Simpson filed complaints in 2018 and 2019 against several of these women with the BC Human Rights Tribunal, which agreed to hear three of the cases. He lost them all. Jessica Simpson was formerly known as Jonathan Yaniv, and he is a vexatious litigant with a long history of lawfare. He now has several criminal convictions and even assaulted an elderly man at his mother’s care home. The Municipality of Langley sent him a legal letter a few years ago declaring that their first responders would stop showing up at his home to help him out of the bathtub. He was calling them every day after he had his vaginoplasty for emergency help to get out of the tub, and he treated these brave city employees abusively. Never content to live his life in peace, he is now coming after me once again. Ho hum. Bring it on. Of note, this is the same Human Rights Tribunal which recently fined Barry Neufeld $750,000 for injury to dignity because Barry, like me, does not believe in gender identity ideology. Not only did the Tribunal fine Barry, they literally stated the following: “If a person elects not to ‘believe’ that gender identity is separate from sex assigned at birth, then they do not ‘believe’ in transpeople. This is a form of existential denial. “A person does not need to believe in Christianity to accept that another person is Christian. However, to accept that a person is transgender, one must accept that their gender identity is different than their sex assigned at birth.” The Tribunal has declared that all British Columbians must believe in gender identities. I do not believe in gender identities. I never will. And I welcome this fight with open arms. So my message to you, BC Human Rights Tribunal, is please accept Mr. Jessica Simpson’s complaint. No, he does not. There is no filing fee for the tribunals unlike the BC provincial court system where he was on a filing spree in 2020- 2022 when he got the filing fees waived as he was basically indigent. In order to get the fees waived,he had to submit a financial report which was open to the public (probably one of the reasons he stopping applying for the fee waiver). A couple of us were outraged at the time that he claimed childcare expenses without actually having any children. The system was then so lax, he did not have to produce any receipts other than an income statement.

@BillboardChris Guess he can’t serve you more than 3 harassment notices at a time so is looking around for other victims. Yaniv has already dragged Marc before the BCCRT earlier this year and LOST. All this is doing is undermining the reputation of the BCHRT & the BC Gov social justice programs. Maybe now steps will be taken to finally have him declared a vexatious litigant. You are right Now when he does come out he looks like a Christmas Tree on speed with all of the flashing lights and alarms of the protection devices he wears because he claims he will be attacked. Yet time and again, the only violence demonstrated was initiated by him from attacking reporters with his fists and walking stick to slugging a senior in a walker. He is violent and dangerous.

Now we know why Jessica Yaniv has been peddling the line about intimate images so hard everywhere lately including the FB page of a Tumbler Ridge Victim He thinks it will make him rich even though it is too late for him to save his foreclosed strata. No doubt the BCCRT will shortly be inundated with new and updated complaint filings based on the new award level and on this stock image & any modifications from him. He will continue to claim that it is really an intimate image of him. I must say he is getting better at using his AI for completing his BCHRT complaint forms. He was called on the carpet by the BCCRT for using it and citing non existent precedent and research it supplied.
