@jsjallen @scott_mills This isn’t a peeve of mine so to speak but it’s the opposite with me! My Husband always uses first and second name when talking about friends. For example his best friend/man at our wedding who I’ve known for 10 years😂

@scott_mills WITHOUT DOUBT when they say someone’s first name only in a conversation and expect you to know who they’re taking about. “Had a lovely email from Eric today” “Who’s Eric love” “Oh he’s Paul’s assistant at this company you’ve never heard of”

@tamarranicole As if labour isn’t traumatising enough! I was encouraged to have an epidural after a whole day in the birthing pool. I honestly don’t know how I would of done it without one!

Asked for an epidural after almost 24 hours of labor and the male anesthesiologist refused, telling me epidurals were a luxury and that women have been giving birth for thousands of years without it. And that, friends, is why we need more women in medicine.
