But there is no skill in playing cornerback in football, point guard in basketball, or short stop in baseball so they’d all be screwed in soccer I’m sure.

Hate to say it, but Brunson has done what us Thunder fans wished and expected Shai to do… dub and Ajay help sooo much, but still don’t think we see Shai play at the level Brunson has offensively. Not sure what was going on with Shai these playoffs, outside injuries. I also realize Shai and Brunson are different scorers. Just a thought I’m tweeting out.

In 2014 the Thunder aggressively lobbied other teams to vote against anti-tanking rules. Now that they've completed their multi-year tank, and it no longer suits them to lose on purpose--- they've voted to install tanking rules. Funny how that works.

@TermineRadio Tanking is good for the league. Nobody wants to watch the playoffs with a bunch of mediocre players and lack of depth. Load the top half of the league with the best players and allow the bottom half to rebuild with young players who aren’t ready for prime time yet.

@Exiled_axe You could argue the same thing for basketball. They have plenty of leagues overseas. In basketball, probably only around 20-30 players at the max get minutes in the nba in each draft class.

@TigersJUK Guy I knew growing up went to Wichita State to pitch, led the conference in ERA his freshman year. Drafted top 50, top 10 prospect in Red Sox org. Few years later he's pitching in an independent league. Eventually went to Japan and had very successful career.
