Since it’s the off-season, I’ve been dialed in on improving my speed and velocity in the gym using the @dr3fastpitch Speed & Velocity Program. Excited to keep seeing my progress!

As I prepared for this weekend, I was told to “just play.” There were a few other gems from @Jkolaitis33, but we’ll stick with that one for now. 🤣 I listened. Had a great weekend at the Owl City Top 30 Showcase! I love contributing on both sides of the ball! Had another great lesson with @Jkolaitis33 today. We worked on using the ground through my whole swing and tightening up my posture. I love training with Coach K because his drills help me feel every part of my swing and understand how everything connects. Battled through injuries and one on a visit, and our #12 hit herself a couple bombs!!! 💙💣💣🧡

Hard-fought tournament at Top 25 with injuries and tough competition. I was able to play some at first and help my team battle through. I had such a great time in Scenic city, ending the weekend with 13 innings pitched, allowing only 5 ER, 9 K’s, and finishing with 2.5 ERA against great talent in the T25. Ended up taking a last minute trip to Minnesota this weekend. I really enjoyed working with @RitterPiper @royast24 and the rest of the @GopherSoftball staff. I look forward to making it back on campus in the future.

Looking forward to attending Mercer University Camp tomorrow. I’m really interested in their program and receiving instruction from Coach K, Coach Kalei, and the entire coaching staff.
