R$ 145.00 nisso aqui! Quase 10% do novo salário mínimo... VTNC quem defende isso!

Seen discussion on a point ex GameIndustry.biz analyst Chris Dring shared about how Game Pass can lead to an 80% drop of premium game sales, or "less if it's a big mainstream release". Well, we actually have some data that directly shows this. In the UK, GSD data shows Call of Duty Black Ops 6 sales splits were as follows. PS5 - 70% PC - 16% Xbox - 10% PS4 - 4% Vs MW3 the split change was PS5 (+30%) PC (-18%) Xbox (-67%) PS4 (-59%) So in the UK, Game Pass likely led to much more than a 70% decline in Xbox copy sales (accounting for the fact there should have been an increase vs MW3 similar to PS5's massive bump). In Circana US sales, #PS5 accounted for a whopping 82% of Call of Duty Black Ops 6 sales. Historically US COD sales have been closer to 57/43 between Xbox and PlayStation. The 18% left after deducting 82% includes PC too, so if you were to estimate Xbox and PC had an even sales split (that's being liberal to Xbox as in the UK and Europe this year the PC version of BLOPS6 sold more than the Xbox version), it would give Xbox just 9% of sales, making the est US PS5/Xbox sales split 90/10. That is an astronomical drop in sales for #Xbox of an estimated 89%. Point is, Call of Duty highlights that what Chris Dring is saying has some data backing it. And he said the sales cannibalisation is less if it's a big mainstream game, but it hasn't been for Black Ops 6. Here's the kicker, despite Xbox losing over 70% sales in the UK, and an estimated 89% in the US, Subscription services spending in the US increased only 8% in the month BLOPS6 released, across ALL non mobile gaming subscriptions. While Game Pass will have made up the lionshare of that increase, would a single digit increase in services revenue really compensate for such a massive drop in Xbox/PC retail sales? Could be sticky for #ABK and #Microsoft. #GamePass #BlackOps6
