Another Manus night. Getting to the point where I just type in which product is launching, give it a few photos, and a perfect landing page is built within 4 minutes. Changed our "About Us" page to something worth looking at. Created a 'top 6' landing page with ease. Testing multiple PDPs variations. Built a website for a local run club. Building another one for baseball travel program. Revamped the web presence of an old pile driving company that has been around for decades... Best part is you can build a landing page and then have Manus actually design out your email campaigns and flows from that landing page. You have it slice up the email for you and toss is straight into @attentiveHQ ready to rock. On top of that you can take the LP, Email campaign, and any images you have and have it create you the ads that go along with it.

Honestly? We didn't buy any courses. My girlfriend and I started with $8,000. That was everything we had. We didn't know how to run ads. Never done e-commerce before. Never even tried dropshipping. We just launched organically. Reached out to micro-influencers one by one. Sold out on our first launch. $32K in revenue. From there, I just watched a lot of YouTube. A lot of podcasts. Davie Fogarty taught me so much for free. I was lucky I never came across dropshipping guru content. First year was just me and my girlfriend. No employees. We built our Shopify site from scratch. Learned video editing. Learned Canva. Figured it out as we went. Three years later, we'll probably hit 8 figures by end of this year. But here's the truth: There was a point where we had $500 left in our bank account. We almost gave up. What kept us going was knowing the worst case was just going back to our old jobs. We had nothing to lose. And we had each other. It was one small win at a time. Then another. Then another. We worked 80 hour weeks for a full year. No weekends. We just really, really wanted this to work.

surprisingly, a bunch of smart friends are cancelling their chatgpt subscription. most are using gemini + claude now.

I've paid an Influencer $12k for a video and it flopped and I've paid a UGC creator $500 and the video got 10 million organic views. Influencers can't guarantee the same amount of views they used to be able to and UGC creators/micro influencers can strongly compete with them.
