@MudderGirl13 Hi! Just saw this- sorry don’t do Twitter much. It’s easy- 2 parts cider vin/1 part sugar, bring to boil with pinch of chili flakes. Pour boiling brine over chiffonade kale. Season with salt and let cool

What I really need to hear now is 1) how’d it get screwed up, and 2) how you’re fixing it. Denial never looks as good as honesty.

@kathleenpurvis It was never screwed up. Servers tipped out on credit card tips, they didn’t on cash. When cash tips are accounted for, servers had more than 85% in their pocket. In this case denial IS honesty, bc the allegations are incorrect.
