上週末太太回家，我於是跟另外一個男性友人，約了一個下午「Gentlemen’s Retreat - 紳士避靜」： 2 小時的咖啡廳寫作 + 1 小時的游泳 + 1 小時的 Sauna
這是我跟友人第 3 次舉辦「紳士避靜」，我甚至希望每週都能來一次
我們聚會過程不單純是聊天，還包含寫作、交流議題、運動、三溫暖，總長超過 6 小時，進而幫助脫離平時的「常態生活」。
▌為什麼這件事不能找太太一起？
1. 男人之間相處，可以長時間沈默無話，而不尷尬
2. 男人一起運動，比較能促成良性競爭
3. 有些話不適合跟另一伴聊
4. 運動中心的 Sauna 男女隔離，只能找男伴 (這算是主因)
▌ 紳士避靜對我最大的幾個幫助：
1. 找人填補漫長的 10 分鐘 烤箱、 10 分鐘冷水池冷卻，三個循環共 1 小時的空白時光
2. 強迫數位排毒， 游泳 + Sauna 讓我們至少有 2.5 小時的時間擺脫網路，只能專注、深度地聊天。
3. 許多關於生活目前的卡關，或是一些 Fleeting Idea ，都在這個舒壓無干擾的過程中產出、排解。每次結束就像幫大腦按摩 massage，通體舒暢、信心滿滿。

我蠻推薦男士們，找個有話聊、價值觀相符的好哥們，定期約個 Gentlemen’s Retreat - 紳士避靜（不一定要跟我們一樣游泳 + Sauna ，但這的確是個便宜、健康的選擇）
要幹譙人生不一定要配酒，不一定要虧待身體，讓每週生活有一點期待感，跟另一伴請個假，留給彼此獨處的時間。
