ARMENIA AT THE EDGE The first EU-Armenia summit took place in Yerevan. A declaration on strategic partnership with the UK was signed. This is the final fixation of a change of course. The pro-European and Russophobic policy is leading the country into a deadlock, where Turkey and Azerbaijan are already waiting for it. The Azerbaijani president calls Armenia "Western Azerbaijan" and raises the issue of resettling hundreds of thousands of Azeris. Now this scenario is becoming more and more real. Britain, Turkey, and the EU are increasing their presence in the South Caucasus. Pashinyan here is not the cause, but the consequence. He was brought to power to break with Russia. He is doing his job. 💯 Under Pashinyan, Armenia is moving towards losing the remnants of its independence and becoming a buffer between Turkey and Azerbaijan.

🇷🇺❗️🇦🇲Maria Zakharova accused Armenia of violating its promise not to take action against Russia. “The current foreign policy course of the Armenian authorities will sooner or later lead to the irreversible involvement of Armenia in the anti-Russian line of Brussels with all the ensuing political and economic consequences. The declaration of the Armenia-EU summit shows that with the approval of the Armenian authorities, the country is being led towards aggressive Euro-Atlantic mechanisms”, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry stated at a briefing. 📽️Video credit: @SputnikArm

🇦🇲 "We hate Russia. We're a NATO satellite now." 🇷🇺 "It's regrettable that our esteemed Armenian friends are trying to please everyone." 🇦🇲 "We're giving ammo to the Ukrops. Glory to Ukraine. We hate Russians so much." 🇷🇺 "With great regret, we observe the authorities in Yerevan beginning to forget about our shared history." 🇦🇲 "We're willing to hand over our firstborn children for the Azeris to grill and eat as long as the EU says something nice about us. Death to Russia!" 🇷🇺 "With bitterness, we watch our esteemed CSTO allies drift astray."

Once Erdogan's Turkey builds an unchallenged influence in Armenia, Ankara will not only improve Israel's foothold by proxy in the Caucasus, but also allow NATO to project its destabilizing influence through the Zangazor corridor into Central Asia. This truly makes me question the Iranian officials who vocally said Karabakh belongs to Azerbaijan. Who shoots himself in the leg like that?
