@AskeBay why is it that I have been told by two different help agents I would receive a refund for my postage after having to pay to return an item when it didnt fit because it wasn't as described and yet I still haven't received the money.

@IcelandFoods Also I have video proof of him entering the house, without knocking first. And he told me on the phone the only way to get people's attention was enter through do not enter signs, rather than knocking on doors or phoning. Even though he was on the phone to me.

@IcelandFoods why does your driver think he can ignore a 'do not enter, dogs loose' sign, open the door & enter my house. Then berate me down the phone and tell me he won't be delivering the food to my door anymore because of the dogs who were curious as to who was in the house.
