@coachbeardbbq All of the above 1. First thing a HC needs to do is replicate themselves 2. Next, you need coaches who can execute and lead players 3. Finally, you need stability and ownership. Often former players do a tremendous job of this 4. Bonus - if you can add niche expert coaches!

Why do basketball players go to trainers that teach a zillion basketball dribble moves and still can’t get by a defender. Perfect a dribble move, add a counter move and get really good at those. Make sure workouts are game-like oriented drills.
