Congratulations to the elite distance runners of South Cobb! Destinee Frink ran a PR 5:17 mile (top 12% of 232 runners) and Oluwatosin Awoyleye won the elite 800 run at the Carolina Distance Carnival Meet sponsored by New balance!

@Coach_Colvin1 and I have been battling since he was trying to keep containment while I was trying to split the steam on the pitch option in 04. Congrats to my DOG and @CAU_Football teammate and Langston Hughes T&F for winning a great 6A State Championship. We proudly take RU.

South Cobb Girls Track took 4th as a team at Atlanta Games Meet! The ladies placed 4th in the mile, 4x8, and 200, 3rd in the 4x4, and won the 400 in 56.45 and also the 800 with a time of 2:13, making her top 10 in the nation! Let’s go EAGLES! @South_Cobb @SouthCobbAD

The SC Track Eagles placed 2nd in the Girls HJ, Boys HJ, Girls 100m hurdles, Girls mile and girls 400 meters at the season opener. Eagles took 1st in the Girls 300m hurdles and Girls 400. It was rainy, cold, and meet cut short! Way to go! @South_Cobb @scobb_eagles @SouthCobbAD
