@rargulati I updated the app when it came out, on 8th October. I made my trade on the 11th. Thank you for the 50% fee rebate, but this still stings. Sorry about the custodian, but at how many days do we draw the line for such a slow withdrawal? I think 4 days is an eternity for crypto.

Yesterday was busy and looks like we're growing. We definitely hit some scaling issues yesterday on deposits/withdrawals. Things to fix. We distributed tens of thousands of dollars in cashback rewards to users of our mobile app (and hope to hit hundreds of thousands distributed back to users soon). Reminder: if you use the mobile app, you get paid to trade. Get in early -> buy/sell -> make money and get paid. Crypto is the best industry.

@Acurast Pretty useless so far .. Took them 48 hours to suggest using chrome.. Just feels sketchy, they clearly didn't check anything. I certainly won't add any serious funds in there.
