We are delighted to announce the launch of the Leiden Commentary Series. The first volume from this series is Amandus Polanus’ Analytical Theses on Colossians, translated by @postnuance. Lord-willing, we would like to release other volumes over the next few months and years, such as Robert Rollock on Philemon, William Gouge on Hebrews, Andre Rivet on Genesis and Exodus, David Pareus on Revelation, Lambert Daneau on the minor prophets, and much much more. De Thesibus Analyticis in Epistolam Pauli Apostoli ad Colossenses was published in Latin from 1601-1604 in 14 parts. Amandus Polanus (1561-1610) was a Reformed orthodox theologian from Germany, who taught at the University of Basel. Polanus made use of Ramist logic in his teachings, and wrote extensively on a range of theological topics.
