@pureelectric_uk This pattern strongly suggests that your drivers are unwilling to make collections from flats, particularly those accessed by lifts or stairs. It is unacceptable that I should be disadvantaged simply because I live in a block of flats.

@pureelectric_uk Why suggest such a request from me?! The only instances in which my parcels have been successfully collected or delivered were when I changed the address to a house rather than my flat — a workaround I should not have to resort to.

@_DPDparcelUK On more than 1 occasion you have refused to collect my parcel from my home while I patiently wait and track your driver. Only to be informed that “ the parcel was not ready” or “ no one was in”. It must be that you have an issue collecting a parcel from people
