@Colorsky8 As a "cheat" twice in 30 days is not bad. But you have to be intentional on those two days. Make reservations for about 600kcal in your total intake for those days. 😂

This plate had intention but lost its purpose along the line. You've added a minimum of 600-800kcal to this food with your cooking method.
600-800kcal extra that doesn't equate fullness. Please strain the excess oil before eating. And reduce the yam portion too..
