It appears to be the SpaceWorld 1999 Demo, or a slightly earlier build.
The game ends after Chapter 1.

We are going to get crushed in the midterms. Every news cycle is against us and hasn't shown it will get better. But yeah, let's just keep trusting the plan and don't be a "panican." If you're not terminally online, you would understand we are in big trouble. I don’t even feel excited to come on Twitter anymore to post or look at the feed cause it’s just narrative after narrative against us. Until we learn to control the narrative we will never establish stability and maintain the popularity in this country.
