@CookUnity can you create a menu for extras? Like extra croutons, sour cream, sauces, condiments, cheese packets, and that delicious Greek youget for the pork kofkas! Things that people might pay $.50 or $1 extra for. Thanks!

@Cookunity I submitted a skip request 2wks ago & received confirmation but the order still processed. I contacted support immediately & sent a screenshot yet I'm told it can’t be canceled/refunded. I won’t be home, so food will go to waste. Review this.

In case anyone was wondering, @Cookunity melas are way better than Factor but their customer service is trash so they won't ever get my $$ again. Can't speak for Factor's customer service cuz I tried their meals for free.99. They're only slightly better than Lean Cusine, I fear.
