Long-time Red Wing Aces second baseman Adam Thygesen loves his teammates like sons. Most of whom he's played with their dads. Now that his two boys are old enough to be around the dugout, he's enjoying spending time at the ballpark with them, too.

In 2008, I respected both men, and their stances, and voted for John McCain. My hope was he would lead our country for 8 years, and Barack Obama would be elected in 2016.

Unresisted sprints are your PRIMARY tool to develop speed.
Resisted & assisted sprints are your SECONDARY tools to develop speed.
Jumps, bounds & lifts are your TERTIARY tools to develop speed.
A sprint program not containing all of these tools is an INCOMPLETE program.
