@MajorRec1 It's a great point. You could go round one-by-one asking for ideas but putting people on the spot could make it worse. Better I find to have people write ideas down on a post-it and stick on a wall and then answer questions on it later.

In large group settings it's usually those that feel comfortable talking in those environments that get their ideas heard. However, organisations need to understand, those not so comfortable about speaking up may have the better ideas. How do you combat this? #thursdaymorning

The clever Dev Op's guys had not considered the customer in the design process and the form failed. Our reward was the ease of use after we worked with them. @PeerlessPlastic @MadeinBritainGB I think broken links is very high on my list of frustrations - along with forms that you can't fill out because they don't work properly on the device that you are using. Bad enough having to fill in a form, but it has to be user-friendly and fit for purpose. #Madeinbritainhour

@MadeinBritainGB A4: Processes that are too complicated/involved stalling you from getting to the information/ordering, confusing layouts, broken links, expired links, no clear CTAs, cut & paste descriptions across multiple different products... i'm sure i'll think of more. #madeinbritainhour

Genuinely original and interesting content will always attract relevant traffic in my opinion.

@MarketAccents @MadeinBritainGB I think keeping the site fresh and up-to-date is often overlooked, with just a big overhaul done once in a while when it's too late. Staying on top of it can be seen as an unnecessary cost, but it's actually an investment that will pay back in leads and sales. #Madeinbritainhour

@MadeinBritainGB P2. They should maximise the site and make sure it is responsive - most traffic comes from mobiles. And they should keep the site relevant with up to date information and content that will keep the visitors on the site - and don't forget the calls to action to capture visitors.

It’s part of life, some can use it to their advantage - some abuse the power and some can really mess it up! The apps may be free but there’s a skill in using it appropriately; a morality that needs to be adhered to, also. Free doesn’t mean easy! #EngagORS

@eggwhisk A4. I do, but that's not to downplay the role of the originator because they set the tone and help it to achieve that life of its own. Without that there would be no community. #EngagORS

@eggwhisk A3. I've seen it become much more widespread and part of everyone's lives - for both better and worse. I think it is a power for good and bad, and hope that the good it does eventually outweighs the bad. #EngagORS
