This guy decided to move from DC to Florida without driving the whole way — instead, he and his car took Amtrak’s Auto Train. He got his own private room, enjoyed dinner in the dining car, and went to bed. The next morning he had breakfast and relaxed in the lounge while watching the sunrise. Once they arrived in Florida, he simply waited for his car to get off the train. It’s a super convenient way to travel long distance with your vehicle without the stress of driving it yourself. Would you ever take the Auto Train instead of driving?

@Sassafrass_84 Dishes are real cheap at thrift stores. Start stacking her dirty dishes on her bed. If she uses a bathroom separate from yours, lots of dishes can fit in the sink and shower.

I cook dinner. I put food away. I wash dishes. My daughter cooks a separate dinner. Feeds her friends leave the dishes. I wash dishes. Put dishes away. I just finished cleaning the kitchen again at 2:30 am. After cleaning it twice today. I feel like this is completely ass backwards?!?

An Uber driver picked up a passenger and started the trip like any other day. Halfway to the destination, she canceled the ride and argued that because it was her wedding day, she shouldn't have to pay. The driver tried to explain that driving isn't a hobby for him, it's how he pays his bills, puts food on the table, and supports himself. I understand wanting a little grace on a special day. But expecting someone else to work for free simply because you're celebrating a big moment feels like a completely different conversation. A wedding day is important. So is respecting the time and livelihood of the person providing the service. Should the driver have given her a free ride because it was her wedding day, or is this entitlement gone too far? 🤔
