@nvanrcmp The front plate isn’t required tho? Everything else… my goodness! What on earth!? Thank you for catching people at that corner. All the recently new road signs around North Van have generally been ignored by so many. Glad to read enforcement is happening.

An officer recently stopped a driver at Forbes Ave and 1st St for ignoring the no-left-turn sign. What seemed like a minor traffic violation turned into much more. The driver had no licence, no insurance for a year, and no front plate.
They left with $1,104 in fines plus tow fees.
Had they crashed while uninsured and unlicensed, the financial and legal consequences could have ruined their life.
