@jet2tweets a group of friend ( 17 ) massively let down by #jet2 this year. Hotel cancellation 3 wks before flight and let me assure you the replacement hotel was awful. The policy is not in favour for the #customer as the ‘half a star’ always swings to the lower graded hotel! 😡

@HM_Passport all your agents hsve sent emails to london upgrade team and Scotland team, still no response...please please contact me. My 8 year old passport needed renewal sent in March, still being checked, I.e says processing.
