A new Fast Track KYC feature, built using more AI in the KYC flow, now allows new Pioneers to activate a Mainnet wallet even before completing 30 mining sessions. minepi.com/announcement/f… This means earlier access to Pi apps and ecosystem—without waiting for standard KYC process or full Mainnet migration. Note that the Fast Track KYC feature currently does not enable Mainnet migration. If eligible, you'll see the option in the Pi Wallet app. Read the full blog for details.

@PiCoreTeam You can’t support pioneers with issues with KYC. I have been trying to sort through KYC for well over 6 months. Where is the help for your early adopters?

@PiMigrate Can’t get a single answer on KYC issues. Been mining since 2021. This is ridiculous!!! Better support is needed before any Pi expires for long term pioneers. Fair?

@PiWhales @PiCoreTeam @nkokkalis Your KYC is not working so don’t take away any pi from pioneers still trying to get your system to recognize government issued IDs. I have been trying for months just to submit. And I’ve been mining for 4 years! Make this right. I have not heard back on any support requests.

@PiCoreTeam Making history by shutting off half it users round the world & leaving plenty other pioneers in migration mode. I am happy Pi is really & alive. But after 6 years; I'd have thought all pioneers who have a fair chance to all participate at the same time.

@PiCoreTeam I have tried for months to do this and, mining since 2019 so you can appreciate my utter frustration. Your system is incapable of facial extraction from a Canadian passport or DL, and I’ve tried lots of ways to change contrast etc… and my timer is now paused! Now what?

Reminder: The Grace Period requires both KYC and Mainnet migration to be completed by February 28, 2025, to avoid forfeiting most of your Pi other than Pi mined within the rolling window of the last 6 months before your Pi is migrated. minepi.com/blog/grace-per… Especially now that Open Network is around the corner, make sure to stay within the deadline!
