One of the biggest volatility events is here. Today is Quadruple Witching, with $6.4 trillion in US equities and derivatives set to expire. These days often bring sharp moves in traditional markets and crypto usually feels the impact as well.

US–Iran tensions should ease in the next 1-2 weeks. Why ? Because of U.S treasury yields. US 10Y yield is currently around 4.39%. If it moves to 4.5% or higher, it creates real pressure on the system. We already saw this in April 2025. When yields pushed toward 4.5%, Trump reacted quickly with tariff pauses, negotiations, and policy changes. Higher yields increase borrowing costs and tighten financial conditions. That forces a response. If yields spike again, chances are we see a similar reaction. That’s when markets usually start stabilizing before any official news comes out.
