@sharghzadeh They were 13, 16 and 22. The 22 year old couldn’t spell Samantha or Kenzie. The 16 year old didn’t know what evaporate or exhausted meant. Like he was a 2 syllable max kid.

@sharghzadeh Played some word games with American family over Christmas. They couldn’t spell the names of the players. Had to explain basic words to them. Cards against humanity was literally impossible.

@nineinchsuicide @VolsEverything @author_pandp I personally just try to avoid them anyway so I can try to make it through the whole night but by first light I'm up the second I enter light sleep. Also try reading a little before bed, boring advice I know but I'm finding it soothing

@CsDeclan @VolsEverything @author_pandp No yeah I get what you mean I’ve personally tried the whole navy seal nap and it never did much for me lol. Sleep/Naps have always been a big issue of mine so easy to fuck up sleep schedules and so hard to get it fixed

It’s all to do with REM and sleep is intrinsically tied to your mental health and psychical health, hence it’s complications. Still, super good to read up on

@CsDeclan @VolsEverything @author_pandp I mean everyone’s different i personally, when i nap take atleast 1-2 hours if im so tired i need a nap 30 minutes just doesn’t feel like enough or i worry ill oversleeps but that’s just me. I’ve seen people at my work sleep on there 30 minute lunch and it just surprises me

@VolsEverything @nineinchsuicide @author_pandp You wanna nap under 30 mins because you don’t go into deep sleep and it can still make you more alert. If you go over 30 you wanna try and wake up around 90 minutes in to complete 1 sleep cycle. An hour in is in the middle of one and can make you groggy

@WebsterCS2 I try to tell myself they’re heavily disabled so I’m more forgiving. I cannot understand, I take a break and get placed around 20k premier and I’m watching people with no concept of what aim even is. No understanding of map control or momentum, buying at wrong times etc…

A long time ago I found a person who claimed he was a pedo who never acted on his impulses but also was scared to death of trying to find a way to get help because he was afraid of how it would destroy his life to be found out even if he was not acting on it at all. He was afraid of asking his church for help because of how rampant it was among the clergy and didn't know how that particular confession would go and was trying to find a therapist who might help him stop his feelings but who knows how that turned out. Basically the gist of his posting was to ask anyone who knew anything about resources to help overcome that to reach out since he only felt comfortable asking for help anonymously
