Unfortunately, an issue was discovered with a special new activity within the Paradise System hidden within the update. If you receive entry to a unique new area, it is temporarily blocked, so don't be worried.
We plan to have a short hotfix in the next day or two to unlock entry, at which point you'll be able to experience the new activity. We will be providing compensation when the hotfix arrives of:
- Aura of Resonance Recovery Elixir (14 days) x2
- Chaos Dungeon Rest Bonus Recovery Brew x2
- Collective Battle Item Selection Chest x3
We'll share more information about the planned hotfix downtime as soon as we're able, and thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Downtime Update - Call of the Wildsoul
In order to complete the process to convert gear to fit the Ark Passive System, we need to extend downtime to approximately 18 hours, instead of the previously communicated 8 hours. Downtime will still start on February 26 at 12 a.m. PT / 8 a.m. UTC.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. To make up for this, we're discussing what compensation to provide players. We'll provide more details on this a bit later on.
