Caught a van driver, a hard working man, eating food out of a tupperware box with both hands whilst driving along. I also caught on video his drifting around in the lane as a result of this. Just had the notice-of-intended-prosecution-issued email.

800 people a day use a cycle lane near me and guess how many people I see using it on the 4miles I'm on it? About 5. Might look unused, but it's far from the truth

@CityofSanDiego Stop wasting money on bike lanes where nobody rides them. So many pointless bike lanes & wasted tax dollars. Clairemont mesa blvd, Convoy, 6th Avenue, Laurel Street are all examples of wasted tax dollars.
